Rexer is a rapidly growing general contractor for sanitary installations. The engineering team consists of 22 people and manages over 10 projects simultaneously. Challenges and problems to solve

Rexer was looking for a tool to facilitate regular and accurate documentation of the progress of work, essential elements for ongoing coordination and planning of activities on the construction site, as well as to protect the company’s interests in the future.

Application implementation

  • First 3 projects – after successful testing on three projects, the management of Rexer decided to fully implement the Hustro app across all ongoing projects.
  • Implementation on all projects – all new and existing projects were transferred to the Hustro app. The entire team, including 22 people, started using the app on a daily basis.
  • Ongoing support for new team members – Hustro provides regular training and technical support, which facilitates the integration of new team members and their quick adaptation to working with the app.
