Constrim – digitization success in construction
Constrim is a design and construction company operating in the market since 2014. We implement projects using general contracting systems and in the “design and build” formula. We specialize in industrial buildings, public utility facilities, and residential construction.
We implemented Hustro in June 2025 and are currently using it on four projects. The construction software serves us for defect registration, PDF report generation, conducting apartment handovers, and as a CDE platform for project documentation management.
My daily work involves ensuring management has complete information when they need it. Before implementing Hustro, this meant dozens of phone calls, emails, collecting data from Excel spreadsheets maintained by different managers in various formats, and then assembling it all into a coherent whole. I started each report almost from scratch.
Now I open the application and see everything in one place. How many defects are open, how many are closed, which ones have been waiting the longest, who is responsible for them. I generate reports in just a few minutes, always in the same layout, always complete.
I also appreciate the order in documentation. All plans, protocols, and photos are in one system, described and easy to find. There’s no situation where someone keeps something on their hard drive, someone else in email, and a third person “had it filed away somewhere.” For someone responsible for smooth information flow in the company, it’s a huge difference.
Hustro construction software has organized our work. And order is the foundation of good organization. I recommend it!
