Hybryd16 – Digital defect management in construction
Hybryd16, based in Wrocław, is a group of companies specialising in the design, construction and servicing of mechanical ventilation systems in multi-family residential buildings. We operate throughout Poland, working with general contractors such as Budimex, Mostostal, Alstal, Archicom, Atal, Murapol, Agrobex and Sagaris.
Since June 2025, we have been using the Hustro app to record defects and prepare reports for our own needs, general contractors and investors. During this time, we have used the app on 66 projects, handling between 30 and 150 tickets on each of them.
What we appreciate most about Hustro is its simplicity and speed. The app is intuitive, runs smoothly and allows us to record defects efficiently directly on site. A major advantage is the integrated communication – a subcontractor can freely contact us regarding issues without needing to install the app. We also use Hustro to manage service requests, which streamlines our warranty operations as well.
Working with the Hustro team included data migration from our previous system, configuring the app to our needs and training the team. The entire process went smoothly and professionally.
