Mesta Development – digital collaboration with contractors
Mesta Development is a Wrocław‑based residential developer specializing in intimate, ecological housing estates of apartments and houses both in and around the city. The company combines modern architecture with renewable energy solutions such as heat pumps, photovoltaics and rainwater retention to genuinely reduce running costs. In Mesta Development projects, great emphasis is placed on daylight, privacy, functional layouts and convenient locations with good transport links to the city.
Mesta Development is growing dynamically and delivering increasingly large residential projects. In our organization, we have been using a CRM system for years, which works well for managing sales processes and customer service. We were additionally looking for a tool to improve communication with contractors on site and to better manage the data collected during execution and handovers.
Hustro turned out to be the perfect complement to our system. We use the app primarily to communicate with contractors – every defect is automatically sent to the right company together with a description, photos and location. We also use Hustro to manage project documentation and to report and monitor defects already during the execution phase. As a result, issues are detected and resolved on an ongoing basis.
Contractors know exactly what they need to do, we have everything documented in one place, and we can see the status of repairs in real time. The system works extremely well in our growing projects.
We plan to extend our cooperation with Hustro to include the communication module for residents. We recommend Hustro as an effective tool that supports construction and handover processes.
