Walum – Electrical supervision – faster reports with Hustro

As an independent inspector supervising electrical works, I handle a dozen or so projects at the same time for different investors. Working on many construction sites requires efficient organization and tools that let you act quickly without compromising documentation quality.

I currently use the Hustro construction app on 10 different projects. I use it primarily to register defects, generate PDF reports and verify the as‑built status against the design documentation. I work mainly in the mobile app, because I spend most of the day on site rather than at a desk.

Hustro has changed the way I document site walks. Instead of writing defects down in my phone, then copying photos and manually assembling everything into a report, I do it on the fly – directly on the construction site. During a walk‑through, I can immediately compare execution with the documentation, record non‑conformities and assign them to the correct locations on the plan. Logging a defect takes a moment, and I generate a ready PDF report with one click. It looks professional and is easy to read for all parties.
