​Prime.PM is a company run by Rafał Lipiński, a civil engineer with 20 years of experience in the real estate and investment sector. As an independent construction consultant specializing in investor supervision, I manage construction projects on a daily basis in teams of 2 to 6 people, depending on the scale and stage of the investment.
