Platan Group has been delivering office, warehouse, and hotel projects for over 24 years. The Group manages a real estate portfolio worth €180 million. Within the capital group operates PLATAN HOTELS & MANAGEMENT – the operator of the premium Aries hotel brand, with 5 active properties in Poland. The current investment is Aries Residence Karpacz – a 5-star hotel complex located on the trail to Śnieżka.

With Aries Residence Karpacz, we decided to address this problem right away, at the design stage, before it had a chance to emerge.
We implemented Hustro as a shared environment for all parties involved in the design process. Architects, specialist designers, and the investor all work on the same, up-to-date version of documents. Revisions are visible immediately, and the change history is clear. The next stages of the investment – issue management and construction execution – will also be managed within this app.
