Armet Bis is a company with over 20 years of experience in the production and installation of furniture for commercial spaces – shopping galleries, restaurants, hotels, offices and airports. It handles end-to-end projects: from design, through production, to full on-site installation.
With such a wide scope of work, our biggest challenge was coordinating installers in the field. Each team worked on a different site, updates on installation progress reached us with delays, and final handovers required countless calls and emails just to gather all the documentation in one place. With several projects running in parallel, it was easy to miss something.
Since implementing Hustro, communicating with installers is no longer an issue. Every installer has access to their job on their phone – they can see what needs to be done, report progress and document everything with photos directly from the installation site. Information reaches us in real time, with no need to call anyone. Final handovers, which used to take us several hours, are now completed much faster – because there are virtually no surprises left to deal with. Particularly useful has been the checklist feature for kitting: before a team leaves for a site, we can check in the app whether all parts for a given job are ready. We also use checklists for the final quality inspection of the installation.
