Budnex – more efficient handover of apartments with the app
Budnex is a Polish development company based in Gorzów Wielkopolski, operating on the market since 1996. It specializes in the construction of flats, single-family houses and seaside apartments. To date, it has completed over 10,000 residential and commercial units, winning numerous industry awards. As a development company, Budnex carries out numerous residential and commercial investments in which the efficiency of handover processes and preparation of properties for use plays a key role. The Hustro application has become an invaluable support for us in these activities.
We use the software both during partial handovers with subcontractors and during handovers to residents, which enables efficient documentation and management of the apartment handover process. The application is currently implemented on four developments, and we plan to use it on further projects. In addition, we intend to use it during the warranty period, which will allow even better control over the coordination of requests and service work.
Hustro is an intuitive and functional tool that significantly improves work organization and increases the efficiency of handover processes. We wholeheartedly recommend this application to companies operating in the construction and development industry.
