Hermes Fulfilment – digital supervision construction and maintenance
Hermes Fulfilment is an international provider of logistics and order fulfilment services, part of the Hermes Group and Otto Group. The company specializes in warehousing, packing, shipping, and handling returns for online stores such as OTTO, Bonprix, and About You. In Poland, Hermes Fulfilment is expanding its operations by opening a modern logistics center in Konin Żagański, which is set to become one of the largest in Europe.
As a board member of Hermes, I would like to emphasize the importance of effective collaboration with our partners – Goldbeck, Uni-FORM, and the quality management team through the Hustro application – during the construction and ongoing operation of the Otto Hermes factory in Konin Żagański.
Hustro consultants played a key role in this process, supporting us in adapting the platform to the specific needs of the project. Thanks to their involvement, all parties – the investor, general contractor, project supervision, and subcontractors – developed an efficient system for reporting and addressing issues.
Hustro enabled quick identification and resolution of technical issues, significantly improving project quality. The platform has also become an invaluable tool for ongoing maintenance of the factory, supporting our team in upholding high standards of the facility.
Thanks to this solution, the construction team could rely on rapid support and precise task management, which directly translated into higher execution efficiency and reduced downtime.
