Salt and Pepper Technology – construction quality management
Salt and Pepper is a company from Germany that develops advanced technologies and software and offers consulting services in the field of manufacturing and construction. It operates in three main areas: technology consulting, where it provides engineering services, management consulting, where it optimizes processes and systems; and in the field of software solutions.
As a construction manager and currently a consultant, I encounter many situations in which general contractors and subcontractors waste a lot of time on communication and quality management. In the case of large and complex construction projects, traditional methods of communication and reporting become ineffective. Therefore, the risk of increased costs, delays in implementation and even failure of the investment increases. Moreover, investors are increasingly forcing the use of digital defect tools as part of the contract.
One of the pillars of my work is quality control of construction works. Having participated in Polish and foreign projects, the use of digital quality management tools should be an integral part of every investment, and every construction company that wants to achieve success should invest in this type of technology. The Hustro application is one of such tools that I consider crucial for effective communication and quality management in the construction industry.
Hustro is an excellent tool for investors, enabling conscious management of quality and timeliness. It is also an application addressed to owners or managers of large construction facilities to monitor the technical condition.
I recommend the Hustro application as a proven tool for managing construction projects that respond to the challenges of effective communication and quality control. The implementation of the application contributed to the development and many successes of the companies with which it cooperates.
